Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid card is required on file.
For all new clients, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred one time if you need to reschedule, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
Rescheduling or canceling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
If you choose to cancel your appointment entirely, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the event of a no-show, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
